TRAFFIC has always been an unaddressed problem in our country, especially now that face-to-face classes and work have slowly resumed, which has led to longer and more expensive commutes for employees in Cebu. Commuters are also faced with the challenge of fare hikes in the province. With the help of an advanced tech solution developed by SWAT Mobility, a Singapore-based mobility tech firm, this problem is sufficiently addressed.

Mobility is a close-to-door, direct shuttle service that operates on a pay-per-ride basis for employees.

OfficePartners360 (OP360), a U.S.-owned global BPO company with multiple offices in the country, partners with SWAT Mobility (Tech provider), Cebu Trip Rent-a-Car (Fleet operator) and Hagibis Ventures, Inc (Implementation).

OP360, as an employee-centered company, seeks to reduce its employees’ struggle in commuting to work. Thus, in collaboration with the other three aforementioned brands, OP360 introduces Mobility as OP360 Mobility, a pay-per-ride employee shuttle service, to its 3,000 employees.

The company considered its employees’ comfort, convenience, cost-savings and efficiency in search of a solution, without having to purchase their own fleet and hire more staff. It is the first BPO company in Cebu to pursue an innovative solution to employee transport.
